Salzburg Festung

We were in Salzburg for Christmas and they have an excellent museum to the K.u.K IR 59. I will post pictures. It was very sunny the day we went, so I apologize for the glare on some of the pictures.

You could follow the regiments entire history all the way through WW1.

I would highly recommend the museum to anyone, especially because it is an easy town to convince our better halves to visit.

Thanks for taking the time to share your experience with us, the Festung is really cool.

I like Salzburg with the narrow streets it can get a bit crowded depending on the time of year, but you can always find a wonderful Konditorei to relax in with some Coffee and Cake.

So many beautiful places in the oldtown.
