It is real, with all expected bells and whistles that also look correct. If the Rabatte is original to the Tschapka it should likely be UR15, or perhaps UR7, depending on whether the colour of the Rabatte is fresh or faded. Besides generalities, it is difficult to say, on these low-resolution photos, if the helmet surface was restored. The presence of markings on the label stuck inside the mortarboard, or inside the liner, should help.
In sum, this is certainly no fake, but higher resolution pictures are needed to be more precise.
The cockade is wrong; should be red/white/black.

The core of the cockade is red

I really miss a photo of the complete helmet, and more detailed pictures of the wappen would be nice, but I also think this is a authentic Tschapka, and the fact it has the Fangschnur parade plume and parade rabatte is very nice! It is extremely cheap

Per your request.
Also, wappen is attached with threaded posts and square nuts. No extra holes

My apologies, my impression was that you were going to send your photos to me for posting. I never received them so I thought the problem was solved.

B.Loree- I didn't have your email. I tried DMing Tony - no go. Tried posting again with lower rez photos and all goof now.
Thanks!

It might be due to te resolution of the photo,s but I don’t like that wappen, it misses fine details
