The core of the cockade is redIt is real, with all expected bells and whistles that also look correct. If the Rabatte is original to the Tschapka it should likely be UR15, or perhaps UR7, depending on whether the colour of the Rabatte is fresh or faded. Besides generalities, it is difficult to say, on these low-resolution photos, if the helmet surface was restored. The presence of markings on the label stuck inside the mortarboard, or inside the liner, should help.
In sum, this is certainly no fake, but higher resolution pictures are needed to be more precise.
The cockade is wrong; should be red/white/black.
Note this is a 1867 model, less sought after than examples used in WW1.This was on ebay I would have bid on it but had bought too much stuff. $1169.99 plus fees tax post, seems pretty cheap. Rob
