Great book, I use often, however, extremely difficult book to find for sale.

I was just commenting that it is overdue for a second printing maybe it was lost in translation but that means it's been sold out for years and he needs to do a reprint.

I'm sure if he did it would sell out very fast. If I see anything I will let you know.
