Which hussar regiment?

I came across this photo on Facebook; it is said to be from the Bruges region (Belgium) or the Damse Vaart (lock) area in the Netherlands. Does anyone recognize the people in this photo? Thanks in advance.

Well, I don't know/recognize any people, only their Busby's, and that they are German. What I do know, it that is was taken at the Dodendraad, at the Damse vaart, so the picture was taken in the Netherlands, looking towards occupied Belgium.

I think it is HR17. There appears to be a totenkopf on the schirmmutze and the feldzeichen looks like Braunschweig yellow/blue

I think Bob is right for HR17 has been there..
I've got also a photo at the Dutch/ Belgium border with a HR17 on guard without a busby cover....

Photo from 1915 taken near the village of Ysendijke (Netherlands) on the border with Belgium (possibly near the village of Watervliet).
The person on horseback is clearly a member of HR17.
To the left of the horse stands a Dutch infantryman.
The post in the photo is a Dutch border marker

The absence of a front insignia on Colback's uniform indicates that these were Landwehr Hussars. These units were assigned, among other duties, to guarding prisoners, serving in the Hilfspolizei, and guarding bridges, railroad tracks, and borders...etc...

Damse vaart, at the border [the Dutch town Sluis], the exact location is at the old fort St. Donaas.
