Well, I don't know/recognize any people, only their Busby's, and that they are German. What I do know, it that is was taken at the Dodendraad, at the Damse vaart, so the picture was taken in the Netherlands, looking towards occupied Belgium.

Maybe that's the case, but, several years ago, I also heard of complaints about Weitze, selling put together helmets, I cannot however say these complaints were real. I did buy several items from him, but in my case they were all good.

I fully agree @tony v , I started out collecting only M15's, later I got on with collecting the M91's too, to go with my M15's. And reorganising my collection (again). So now each M15 has it's M95 pre-decessor next to it's matching friend. Besides that, doing that also has other joy's, like...
