When I took over my late father's collection many years ago, it looked like this. And that's not all!! I still have 3 of the Uhlans.

Congratulations, your father must have been a wonderful man, he certainly had great taste in Militaria.

Congratulations those 92. and Bavarian helms are out of this world not to mention the Uhlan and Guard helms. What a wonderful collection

Then drive to NB this year Peter. Door is open.Yes great display cases I agree. Great lighting and glass shelves that allow you to see the whole collection very nicely. Haven't seen anything comparable over here in Canada.
Zeb, to keep this thread about your collection, I can split postings and make a new thread for Reiner’s collection. Reiner do you agree? Both of you have mind-boggling collections each worthy of its own thread. What do you both think?

Hello friends
All of the helmets in the photos were in the collection when I received them. I have already sold most of the helmets, or I needed the helmet for a uniform. I still have 3 of all of the Uhlans Tschapkas in the display case. I am offering a beautiful Bavarian officer I put it up for sale in the forum. It hurts a lot to sell these pieces. But unfortunately money doesn't grow on trees.

Actually, I'm happy to agree. Unfortunately, some uniforms can't be presented in such great detail. I just don't have the space to photograph them individually.
