    Thanks for all the help. I thought if it were dropped that would explain the crushed body, damaged threads to the spike and the slight dented tip of the spike. It may have all happened in one stupid mistake. greg

    "it's a very nice and rare cross" Yes it is . The KMST slide back cross is one of the very hardest to find 1914 EKs and command a premium price when they are found. Here is mine to compare against--

    I live in Gods country but sneak into Minnesota everyday for work. As long as you don't make eye contact and hide your wallet you are usually safe :D

    I will be at the MN.State fairgrounds show in September. I look forward to meeting any and all members. I go every year. I hardly buy anything but in the last 20years I've been going, I have made some friends and get to talk with other forum (WAF) members.
