    I have a Prussian NCO lance pennant and it measures about 28" from the back edge to the tip of a tail. I have a Saxon trooper pennant and it measures 27" from the back edge to the tip of the tails. The difference could be due to mfg. tolerances and/or shrinkage. After all, they are over 100...
