For me the bag with two "straps" on the flap is a WW2 model but I can be wrong. I have no documentation about belgian WW2 bags and only a little bit about belgian WW1 bags. I have two bags from the same model, one with the two straps and one without. The two are stamped "Armée belge", I think...
