Yes, you are absolutely right. Unfortunately, this one has been a difficult one because of the colour. I have tried overcast, cloudy, with rain and without, etc... None of the configurations actually managed to capture the real colour so I tried direct sunshine and, although it is admittedly not...

Dear All A rather rare beast is this French Foreign Legion Adrian helmet M.15 with a proper configuration for use during the the last years of WW1. Presumably for an officer due to its unusual chinstrap. A rare colour too which I have tried to capture on that sunny Easter day. Best Alex
