I can't find any maker's marks on the back plate, though it is possible that they are under the shoulder straps. I have an 1814 steel kurass and that also does not have a visible makers mark on the back plate. Dobbelaer on the front plate. Here are a couple photos comparing the 1814 line and...

Kammer pieces are issued pieces. Kammer is the depot. We would call it GI, government issue

The Bavarian variant of the Prussian KD89. This one was rusted badly at one time and cleaned up. Prussian examples pop up fairly frequently but examples from the other states are hard to find. Still looking for examples from Wurttemberg, Hesse and Mecklenburg.

The old timers posing together. There may have been some overlap in the service of these pieces. The helmet is marked 3. 35. The front plate of the kurass is marked 3.38 (matching stamps on the liner). Both 3rd squadron and a few numbers away.
