Like to show those two really early and rare Polrock-Period pictures to you. I got some more Brunswick-Pictures on the wall, but for those two there was no space left 😫 Notice the flat Tschako, witch was worn before 1871. Also Officers in Polrock are so hard to find.

Yes, those are from the FAR 46 in Wolfenbüttel (also see fotographer of the first picture). Brunswick only had one Batterie in this Regiment. The other one was prussian and in Celle. So those pictures of the Polrock-Period are really rare! Congrats!

6500 is a pretty good deal for an officers shako, if you look at the pickelhaubes auction results. Must be 1st or 2nd battaillon. With skull its priceless, I guess.

Have this three verry early Reservistenbilder with Kaiser Wilhelm I. to offer. All have the early Raupenhelm. Especially the picture with three Soldiers is verry rare. All without frame. Would ike to have 100,- € plus shipping from germany.

I Think they also have been removed for other kinds of memory. I have that awesome picture, where the Totenkopf was placed on the frame. But I still have to explain myself for collecting brunswick. Even today the people first think about the Waffen-SS, when thes see a skull on a Uniform or headgear.
