What do we think of this one ?
I don't like it .I don't fully understand the translation that I got
I think they more or less say a copy of some sort
What parts are real ?

Is the skull real ?
The banner ? the front looks a little suspect ?

My first impression is that it was just put together, the fur around banner, Skull and scales ect.. just look freshly placed there. There is no wear at all to the fur. My gut feeling is it's a modern copy but who knows I've been wrong before 😊

The "collectors item" phrase in German to English translations is the key phrase you are looking for. It literally means a collectors copy. That auction is rife with reproductions. Tread carefully and ask for photos.

The Totenkopf...I do not see any resemblance with one of the three main patterns. It is described as 1.Leibhusaren Rgt. Pelzmütze für Mannschaften. "Excellent collectors item; use of some original parts... rattan cane cage; original sealfur..."
 
From the front view, does the banner look like a reproduction?
That is almost impossible to find.
I am not interested in it
