Steve, at the bottom of each post, you see a button which says "report" If you push it, you can report the post to the admins, or moderator of the forum. Leave a message in the reaction and push send. Then the moderator, or admin will get a message and sees it.
I already reported this guy today.

I asked Brian about Report
He was not sure what it does
so I just emailed Brian to report the person

But the new forum format, by Xenforo, is the same as we use here for other forums. And when we here, press the Report button, the admins, and moderators should get a notification of it on their computers. But as you say, maybe Brian did not get that notification.
Next time I see a spammer, I will send Brian a personal message here, as I see a lot spamming activity here. Most by the same guy by the way.
