I am getting ready to pull the trigger on what I believe to be a lovely piece. It comes from a much more reputable source. Was wondering if you saw any red flags or points of concern from being a 100% original. Thank you gentlemen for your time.

This looks like a beautiful Bavarian M96, just the cockades looks like reproductions. The inner rays sometimes have rounded ends and don’t touch the ring evenly. Further the red of the imperial cockade looks wrong. This is why I think these are fake.
