I listened to John’s advice and have been looking at the EK’s on griffin militaries but I saw this and it looks ok, is going for a really nice price, and the seller has great feedback. I’ve personally used him before. What do you guys think? Should I bid or stay away?
 
The outside (silver) trim seems wide, and the lack of a maker's mark bothers me.
It might be a fine example but I would research it before I bid.

Yeah, I asked a lot of questions a few minutes ago and they haven’t responded yet. Also, I saw 2 other EKs that are 1957 (I’ve been looking for a real one)
