2 J.R.P 10 67 JAEGAR HELMET id help please

Hello

Firstly sorry if I am entering this wrongly..i have a few helmets and I got one a few days ago from an old chap down the road..his uncle brought it back from the ww1 I will put some pics up..its quite rusty and I believe it has the wrong spike )although the spike looks like its always been on it ..as their is no ghost marks from another spike..on the back around the edge it says 2 J.R.P OR could be 2 J(p )P then 10 and further along 57 or 67 I cant remember can any one tell ne about it..

p.s is it easy to add pics im not really a tech person

Technically, your JzP model 1915 helmet should have a cruciform spike base not the round infantry one that is on at the moment. The helmet plate is also infantry and not the proper dragoon style eagle which is always used on these. This eagle would be proper for a Kurasier metal lobster tail helmet but this is definately a JzP shell because of the stepped front visor.
