I figured the title would get Joe's attention, I had the opportunity to meet Bryan (USMC_EOD) at the gun show at Yuma, it was great to meet another member of the forum, and Bryan has been a great help to me in IDing and finding different cast iron Christmas tree ornaments (I am not allowed to collect grenades since I got caught smuggling one into Canada, so since some do look like a Christmas tree ornaments, that is what I collect)

Here we are looking at the only pointy hat at the show. Bryan is the good looking one, and I am the ugly one
Best wishes

Too cool Gus!

What Gus failed to mention is that there was an original member of Edson's Raiders (WW2 SpecOps USMC) sitting in the chair directly behind us. Once I found out, I ended up yakking at him almost as much as I got to talk with Gus. Gus, being the gracious and patient individual he is, forgave me this social faux pas on our first face to face meeting. Thanks Gus.

I was fortunate to meet "Larmoe" from the site this weekend as well at a large show in Pomona California. A real treat, and I hope to meet many more of you in the future.

Semper Fi,

Bryan.

Hey Bryan,
There was no feau pas, as I eaves dropped on your conversation, and it was way more interesting than the one you had with me. I was worried that you might be imbarrased to be seen with a hairy old man (with an open fly) but I was glad to see you have poor eyesight:)
