Here's one of the most hideous looking helmets I've seen in quite some time.

Here's the rough English translation of his text: "Deduction here of my deceased brother, I do not have to assign a Pickelhaube, there I notion have of the helmet, offer I these for a euro to the sale. Might be worth it for thirty or forty Euros... :D Now, correct me if I'm wrong; I'm looking at this as being a post WWII production with some odd fittings added ('Star' studs, etc‚) is that basically correct?

Okay! Well, hmmm. I thought the shell looked like one of the post WWII types that somebody else had on the forum as an original / aurthentic helmet. While this one is with repro fittings... but I guess I'm mistaken. No biggie, wasn't going to bid anyway!
