A Request For Assistance With Uniform Identification

I just cannot seem to find a reference that identifies this uniform, so I thought that I would ask here to see if some of the very knowledgeable Forum members might recognize it.

To me this looks line an Ulanen tunic, but...not really, because it has the lace on the front, it is tailcoat style, and so on.

Possibly Light Infantry?

Can anyone assist with the identification of this piece?
