Not the best condition. The shell is misshapen and the finish damaged in places. The helmet has been obviously much worn and the Uberzug has left its marks. It is complete and miraculously unmessed with though.

Hi Bruno,

About the condition, I would close one eye for such a scarce and complete helmet. It has all what a M15 OJR91 needs. Regimentaly well marked in the shell, BA X stamp on neckguard, original Oldenburg cockade, perfect Wappen. What do you want more? Maybe a trackable wearers name :D

Philippe

PS: only the nut that is fixing the rear spine on the neckguard seems to me very particular. Never saw this form...

I tried to find a name, Philippe, but no luck this time. I could only see, inside the shell, 1916 in a very small box, and the maker's mark.
