Awesome, :bravo: thanks for sharing.

Unfortunately, they don’t make museums like this anymore, now it’s all interactive video stuff.
I guess it’s up to the collectors to keep the souvenirs together.

Have you been to the one in Halen? We are going there in April with Francis.

I see… ,another famous American was also talking in Brussels a few days ago, he also visited a WWI cemetery, his name is Alabama or something ,a real nice guy, drives around in style…

Yes I recall reading that… Well we do not drive around in this much style but we do tend to pay for everything ourselves! :-" :-"

Ok, also here a lot of pictures were gone (thanks Imageshack!)... I fixed it in the best possible way (took me a few hours)... pfff...

A while ago I had to do some rearranging again...
I found this Schwere Reiter jacket and couldn't wait to set it up in the Bavarian compartiment. The Stirnpanzers needed to be displayed on helmets and the Tschako's, ersatzhelmets and the M15 needed to be brought together. Also the officer's Pickelhauben had to be arranged a bit...
I put the glass cabinets at one side of the room and the low desk in the middle... It took me a while to find a nice way of displaying everything, but at the end I was very happy with the result.
Here are some pictures...
