3 of them are Police helmets.
For a more specific identification, we need better pictures.

Hard to say witch linner is corresponding to wich helmet, here.
One post dedicated to one helmet and pictures from the front , rear , each side and the liner would be better.
Also try to get them in day light and a straight on view , not from a angle as it is now, for the front pictures you all ready showed.
Last one is a German police pickel, as all ready presented on this forum.
The one with the Royal cypher seems more eastern European to me, but it is the first one I get to see....

If a seller refuses better pic's then it is best to leave them where they are...
That is my experience.
