Allenstein Kaserne - 146 IR, 150 IR, 73 MFAR, 10 DR

Hi All

I'm interested in all items from ww1 wich are connected with regiments from my city - Allenstein. In my sity was located four regiments of german army during WW1

10 - Dragoon's regiment
73 - (1 Masuriches) Feld-Artillery regiment
146 - Infanterie Regiment
150 - Infanterie Regiment

If you have anything - militarpass, photos, uniforms, pickelhaubes etc. - Please post photos of them in this Thread.

I had only one cabinet photo from 150 IR and today I received a kugelhaube cover from 73 MFAR.

I hope this is of interest its a fragment of helmet cover for the 150th infanterie Regiment, it was found at Tannenberg together with helmet parts that I have made up into a helmet on an old shell, will post pics shortly.

As you can see the fragment was preserved by the eagle plate, the numbers are of red felt.

Tannenberg is my favourite battle
and this eagle and 150IR number are jus GREAT !!!
