Anyone have experience with these guys? They seem like one of the bigger and more reputable auction houses, especially for orders and decorations, but for some reason I can't get an email response from them the last few auctions. I keep wondering if it's on my end (but nothing trapped in my spam filter), or if they are just generally non-responsive. Yeesh, even old-timey Mr. Kube almost always responds promptly to emails. Thanks!
 
No problems on my end with replies, usually next day including weekends. That said I have not emailed them much but this last auction they were surprisingly prompt.
 
It will take about two auctions to win a piece. My bid was above the auction price. He must have thought it was low and I never heard back. It seemed very unprofessional to me.
 
I didn't have an issue with the auction itself. Seemed to work fine, and the invoice arrived the next day. But unfortunately it showed my old address, since I guess I registered with them years ago. I'd like to get confirmation that it is corrected before I pay and they ship (I did fix it online in their system). Three emails sent since Sunday, from two different addresses, but no response yet. Hopefully they are just busy with digging out post-auction...

Hopefully they get that sorted! I noticed they had my old address as well but did respond to my email address change request. I replied to their email with their invoice to me, all good!
