Yes I was crushed and my mind was going through where did it go wrong. Then I started to prepare for the worst as it is a parcel from Feb

Thank goodness this box finally arrived Amy....I heard about your loss a few weeks ago from James and now it has finally been delivered! Excellent!! That looks to be an older helmet from the width of the visor trim.

The garde helmet body that you returned back to me was in that carton too. So I was really upset when they could not locate the parcel and declared it as lost.

I can understand you being really upset when they could not locate the parcel. I would be really upset too, if this happened to me.

I was very dumbfounded that this parcel was lost for so many months when I first heard about this situation, before they finally located it and delivered it to you.
