I bought this at an estate sale today. I know this includes two Russian Imperial Army officers, but any idea who they are? Is the man in the center a prince or Russian official?

Very good photo!
These are not officers. These are NCO of infantry or rifle regiments of Russian army. They are wearing uniforms of the 1907 model, and the NCO on the left is wearing a "papakha" of the 1913 model. The photos have been tinted, I cant see the medals and the regimental badge. The first medal is probably "For diligence," and the second is in memory of the 300th anniversary of the Romanoff Family.
The NCOon the right has a badge for excellent shooting.
As for the man in the center, he doesn't look like a prince from the Romanoff family.
