Help,

I am in need of advices regarding Norwegian Customs, and therefore wonder if there is any Norwegian collector on the forum who could help me? [-o<
 
My mother in law is Norwegian and visiting right now, what is the question, we can try and help...

I just bought a new Haube and got it imported to the beautiful Norway. Customs charged me 25% of the full buying price as custom duties. My understanding was that Pickelhauben should be considered as collectibles with a historical value and should therefore be cleared on 20% of the buying prices (25% of 20% being 5% of the total price).
I now have to fill a complain and probably build an argumentation in order to qualify the Pickelhaube as a true collectible. The best would be to have a precedence...
