IMO looks like a mixture if parts, field grey chinstrap and front visor, Brass wappen.

Also, not the normal type of liner for a Tschapka

The wappen is incorrect...it is an infantry piece, extra holes. Visor stitched on like an infantry helmet and the trim seems to be wider than normal as well. It is one of those pieces that has too many anomalies and questions associated with it. Whoever buys it will have to deal with those constantly. It is not worth it.
 
Welcome to the forum! I think everybody evaluated this correctly. Not worth even thinking about. Wait for a good one to come along. Age of Kings often has Tschapkas.
