Has anyone here ever met this bloke?

I think this photograph was taken in the late 70's. His name is Robert Williams and he's probably the King of "Lowbrow" art.
 
Yeah!! I love some of his paintings. I believe he is one of the pioneers of the Kustom Kulture, along with Von Dutch..

I have in a book somewhere another picture of his collection.

Von Dutch produced plastic helmets in the 60's or 70's in the shape of a german steel helmet, would be nice to find one of those.
