Does anyone know of a website that describes the types of artillery barrages used in ww1 such as direct, indirect, creeping, and crawling barrages. Thank you.

With the German Guns gives a good written account of Barrage as well "No Where to Run " a study of the CEF and it's use and defence against gas during the great war.
Any reading on Vimy 1917 will give a good idea of use of Artillery Mortor's and MMG's for Barrages.
