Yes I love "Mikey's" work...to my untrained eye...Impressionist. Hoping not to offend here Mike...like I said untrained eye but if you can work your magic on the "great unwashed" like me, then perhaps, that is a better tribute than all them uppity toffs. He's also a guitar player see...which explains the natural affinity with the "birds" as seen in these paintings. Only a fellow musician, like myself can understand these underlying currents in the art presented. Cor Mike! I think I should write all your descriptions in future. :thumb up:
