Baden DR20 Enlisted

That stamp in the liner seems to have the name of a Belgian village, Moerzeke.
Maybe there was some sort of theatrical company in that village, then again, I'm not sure.

There are so many different variations of them, you could have a fair-sized collection of just Dragoners
All of the different regiments with different front plates
one could collect officers and enlisted helmets
I find the ones that are the hardest to find are ;
D R 1
Grenadier Regt zu Pferde # 3 ( D R 3 )
and
Hessian D R 24 officer with the star
Steve
.

Well done, very nice helmet. (y)
Maury in Mainz is one of the 2 best-known Hessian manufacturers, along with Martin Mayer. The Teller, in tinned steel with black paint, is typical of this manufacturer.

Here again, as with the Hessian Landsturm I have just described, we have a demonstration of certain production exchanges between manufacturers based in different AKs (or Länder).
Here, AK XVIII manufacturer for AK XIV.
Elsewhere, AK XV manufacturer for AK XVIII.

Dragoons are my favorite also! Wait a minute, I really like Hessians. And I really like kuirassier and YZP. And I really like ersatz. I just realized that I like them all.

In regard to the original post, very nice helmet!
