Battle of Vilnius/2nd Mecklenburg Dragoons

Hi - I was hoping that somebody might have come across this regiment at some point and might be able to help pin them down for me in Autumn 1915? So far as I can see they were part of the 4th Cavalry Division in the Army of the Niemen, but attached to the 10th Army during the battle of Vilna/Vilnius? If anyone has got any hints about Eastern Front sources/books other than Norman Stone I'd be very grateful of the help!

DR18 was in Russia from Sept. 1915:
- Sept. 15th: destruction of the Wilna-Minsk line by the 4th esk.
- Sept. 24th: Wilija
- Sept. 24th-27th: fights of Pogost-Stochi and Dolginow
- From Oct.30th 1915 to July 30th 1917, the regiment was involved in position fights on the Duna
