I agree, the screws at the base and of the top piece have a pointed tip where I am pretty sure that they should have a flat ending to them.

This is an old topic but I'm wondering if anyone could share some nice high resolution photos showing the above 2 Off. Pickelhauben (M1897 Chevauleger & Prussian Beamte) in 'action'?

I agree, I think placing helmets on head shapes does not make them look good. It's even worse when they are seen on these horrible ugly heads with moustaches and scarred faces. On a proper manikin with jacket it is very nice.
