Enlisted man green felt pressed circa 1914. Round front visor brass trim. Good form and stitching. No nothing or tears . Interior has black leather lining in overall excellent condition. No extra holes. Round spike base with 4 brass brads. Smooth non removable spike. Standard em back spine. Front plate Royal Bavarian coat of arms. Original reichs and repainted Bavarian state cockades. Original brownish leather chinstrap with brass hardware in m1891 posts. Interior of front has written name of wearer. Absolutely original ww1 doughboy souvenir. (Closing vfw hall find)
