-As of 1913: The Wappen should measure 11 X 14,5 cm. (in fact: the Tschapka Wappen-without laurel branch)
(Instead of the "old" large Wappen: 13 X 18 cm).

On some of this fine helmets a small difference in the enameled Wappen centre can be noticed.
-At the left, below the lion: the gold "Or" standing rectangle block is not smooth but has an engraved rectangle near the edge.

I've seen General helmets with both designs and that's ok in my eyes. As long as the design complied with the specifications and the rules of heraldry, the manufacturers were free to design the plates.
