The Bavarian M15 Pickelhaube was found around 6 months ago near Würzburg. Unfortunately, the emblem and the cockades were missing. I was able to buy the Pickelhaube from the finder and was prepared for a long search for the right emblem. With luck, I was able to find an emblem that fit.

Excellent find. The wappen for those should have mountings with screw mounts. I love these type.

Lucky you. All the difficult to find pieces were intact.

Hello,
Very pretty.
Just one small correction:
---Chevauleger and Feld-Artillerie. ;) The M86/15 (16 for Bavaria) dismounted artillery helmet was identical to the M96/15 infantry helmet, with a point, or with a ball after April 1916.
