Yes i'm 100% sure that the marking is 8JR.
I will soon post some pictures of the cockades to have an advice on their authenticity.

Hello Pascal:
I think the Bavarian Kokarde is fine, but the Reichskokarde, with its white overspray, appears to be repainted. Of the two, the Reichs would be the easier to replace. Do either smell recently painted?
