Bavarian Mystery Helmet

A new one for me is this Bavarian private purchase with the 1914 wappen.
As we're all on lockdown over here I thought I'd take the opportunity to dismantle it and do some repairs around the chinscale knopfen mounts (I've already been pestering Brian - thanks ).
Pretty standard mounted troops helmet with the embroidered HH inside - I wonder who he was?

A period foto of a member of Bavarian Feld Arty. Regt 10. He is wearing the exact helmet that I started this thread with except for the older style wappen.

The 10th was formed in 1901 based at Erlangen, III AK.
