Bavarian officers boards. Help ?

Hi, acquired these but apart from them being Bavarian and the rank know very little, not even sure they are original.

I'm struggling to pin down era, model, wartime or pre war, definite rank and are they even military ?

Any help pointing out the bleeding obvious to a novice appreciated 👏

Kind regards

Tony

Shoulder boards of a lieutenant colonel. Pre-1900.

These are military items and can be worn by various branches of the armed forces.

The shoulder boards are original. I have sold them.

Thanks 👌 I got them on whim and was having buyers remorse and plagued by self doubt.....now a lot happier. They are in the cabinet....happy days !
