Bayern Cockade question

Hi All,

just a question; did Bavaria also used a Kokarde with non-pointed edges, but rounded, more a flower like design?

Thanks! I guess that is before the introduction of the Reichskokarde. On what side should it be?

Indeed on older helmets...
Here's a Model 1886... The Kokarde is worn on the right hand side, since the Reichskokarde wasn't introduced at that time...

Very nice impressive helmet.

One last question (I hope as each answer raises questions ;) ) So it is possible that this style (although the one on yours is different as it hasn't got the flowering effect) is worn on a knopf 91?
