I've had this one since the 90s... Don't know for sure what country/army it was issued to but looked nice with my German 1942 K98/S24 (t) Bayonet (manufactured in Czechoslovakia under German occupation)...
The frog is made of brown leather and brass studs/rivets (painted black on the front).
Turkish WW2 maybe?
