bobby helmets, anyone have a lead

I have come to a dead end on British bobby helmet reference. Does anyone have a lead as to a reference as far as what counties had what type of helmet, ball, coxcomb, or rose, and what type band went with it. About 3 years ago I found this ref. on the internet...it listed all the above info. and now I don't even see any reference books on bobby helmets. Slightly off track from the pickelhaube, but I like my bobby helmets too. Thanks, Oliver
