Not what I usually collect, but too interesting to let go for under $10. Solid brass, veteran's 'parade helmet' from the 1920's (??). The thing that interested me most was the other helmets I've seen like this have the chin straps riveted to the sides of the helmet above the flare. This is the only one I've seen with the chinstrap loops on the rim like the steel helmets. Just something that made me wonder
