Perhaps there are some other pictures of JR 75 out there that show the cockades? Thanks to X going back to some old pictures this one jumped out at me. JR 75. That is not a Reich's Cockade. That is from the state on the wrong side and matches another example. There clearly was something we do not know about concerning the military convention decisions of the Senate in Bremen.

Joe,

there is nothing in the dress regulations to suggest that this is other than an abberation on the part of individuals. The regulations are explicit: German Cockade rght, State Cockade left.
