There was a thread awhile back on these. This is the one that I have which ironically was found in a WW2 first aid kit that a friend of mine picked up at another garage sale. The obvious conclusion is that the Canadian Army was still using WW1 kit during WW2...I guess a shell dressing is a shell dressing no matter when it was manufactured so why throw it out? This one is dated 1916.

The interior with lots of bandages...good to know that that famous US "Family Company" was doing its bit for the war effort. RCAMC stands for Royal Canadian Army Medical Corps.
