Can anyone translate this?

here is my Wurt pork pie hat a bit worse for wear, inside there is some writing that I have tried but can't really get anywhere with

vogelsang is a place but could also be the soldiers name

The hat looks OK.
My guess is that the Heiler stamp is from a costume firm and the text could be the lines of a play, but
like I ‘m saying I’m only guessing.

The image of the writing is not good enough to get a good read for me, but I think the Mutze is real, the writing is the name and what looks like Inf Batl Arnuburg and his company and corps. If you can get the cloth very flat and a clear photo, I might see more.
