Oberst of FAR111. It’s very well worn as is the visor.

This kleiner-rock may have belonged to August Richard Moeller commanded from March 15 to November 17 and retired as a Colonel. He became Artillerie-Kommandeur 64 (ARKO 64) - (help from GJ years ago)



It’s not the same tunic for sure but this may be the man.
